I loved the hotel! Some of the reviews talked negatively about the modern feel of the rooms - I loved it and I don't normally like modern décor. The front desk staff, the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff we all very kind, efficient, and professional. Everyone we encountered smiled and offered to help whenever we had a question or a request. Another thing I really liked was communicating with the front desk via text messages. That was easy, quick, and right to the point. Very simple and convenient.

Great safe, convenient downtown location. Very nice public areas that included a nice lobby bar with happy hour drinks and apps. Starbucks coffee and cooked to order breakfast was also available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel elevators to rooms are room key secured which was nice.

Beds and pillows were the best, our sleep was wonderful. Staff at front desk was exceptionally, very friendly. Your happy hour is very nice, as is your lobby. Great to have Starbucks on site and open at 6 am. Mario sets an excellent tone, he is friendly and sets a great example.
